1-Cuando empezaste a pintar?
Tuve mi primer Marker a finales de los 90, era demasiado caro comprar sprays, y realmente no sabía dónde conseguirlos. Así que bombardeé el skatepark y la líneas de autobús. Mi primera pieza que hice fue alrededor del 2002.
1-When did you start to paint?
I held my first marker in the late 90´s it was too expensive to buy spraycans and I really didn’t know where to get them, so I bombed the skatepark and the busline. My first piece I did was around 2002, something like that.
2-Cómo vives el Graffiti?
Acerca de mi compromiso ha sido diferente a través de los años, en el pasado, mis primeros años cómo escritor de graffiti, era solo levantarme y centrarme en los tags y piezas rápidas, ( piezas cromadas ).Estuve unos años sin pintar en absoluto, pero hace un par de años empecé a pintar de nuevo, con más enfoque en la diversión, el estilo y las técnicas de spray. Hoy en día estoy por la diversión porque me encanta, sólo necesito hacerlo. Quiero alentar el graffiti de todas las maneras que puedo,organizo eventos con graffiti con el enfoque de juntar escritores y divertirnos juntos. El último fue Springbeat 2017 Estocolmo es uno de los eventos más grandes en Escandinavia. También estoy en una organización en Suecia que trabaja para aumentar el estado del graffiti cómo expresión artística y para difundir el conocimiento sobre el graffiti, Street Art y expresiones artísticas relacionadas. Graffiti está conmigo todos los días, ya sea que esté buscando, pensando o pintando graffiti. Usualmente tengo tiempo para pintar los fines de semana y planifico los bocetos, colores e ideas en mi cabeza durante la semana. Dibujar en papel no es lo mío. Me gusta ser creativo junto al muro. Y, por supuesto, en el estudio con todos mis amigos.

2-How do you live Graffiti?
About my engagement It has been different through the years,my first years as a graffiti writing it was only about to get up, focus on tagging and do fast pieces, ( chrome pieces ). I had a few years when I didnt paint at all. But a couple of years ago i started to paint again, with more focus on the fun, style and spray techniques, Nowadays Im in for the fun, because I love it.. just need to do it. I want to encourage graffiti in all the ways I can, I arrange events with graffiti in focus, to gather writers and have fun together. Last one was Springbeat 2017 Stockholm its like one of the bigger events in Scandinavia. I’m also in an organization in Sweden that works to raise graffiti’s status as an artistic expression and to spread knowledge about graffiti, street art and related artistic expressions. Graffiti is with me every day. Whether it’s looking, thinking or painting graffiti. I usually have time to paint on the weekends, and plan the sketches, colorcombos and ideas in my head during the week. Sketching on paper is not really my thing. I like to be creative by the wall. And of course in the studio with all my friends.

4-Porque elegiste el nombre de Rymd?
Rymd ,es la palabra sueca para el espacio, siempre he estado fascinado con la oscuridad de arriba. Así que era un nombre genial, no era realmente por la combinación de letras, lo elegí. Rymd También es una especie de palabra sueca para escapar. Cuando era joven, el graffiti fué mi escape de muchas cosas. Entonces me quedó bien.
4-Why did you choose Rymd’s name?
Rymd – is the swedish word for space. ive allways been fashinated of the dark above, so that was a cool name , it wasnt really for the letter combination i chose it. Rymd is also kind of a swedish word for escape. As young, graffiti was my escape from many things. So it fit me good.
5-Que superficies te gustan más para pintar?
Paredes de hormigón puro!
5-What surfaces do you like the most for painting?
Pure concrete walls!
6-Que pintura usas cuando pintas?
Montana Black es una clase estándar, Mtn 94 cuando necesito muchos tonos del mismo color y obtener tonos más limpios. Loop para las cosas más rápidas y de alta presión .. ¡Realmente me gusta el Nitro blanco!
6-What paint do you use when you paint?
Montana black is kind of a standard… Mtn94 when I need many shades of the same color and get cleaner shades. Loop for the quicker stuffs and the high pressure.. I really like Nitro white!
7-Has viajado para pintar?
Si, pero no tanto en realidad. La última vez estuve en Dinamarca y pinté algo no planificado en el «Meeting of styles, Copenhague 2017», eso fue divertido. El próximo para mí será Australia …
7-Have you traveled to paint?
Yes, but no that much actually. Last time I was in Denmark and painted kind of unplanned at the «Meeting of styles, Copenhagen 2017», that was fun. Next up for me will be Australia..
8-Cómo está de activo el Graffiti en suecia?
Está mucho más activo ahora que en muchos años, el enfoque en general en Suecia está en la escena underground, creo. Y es muy fuerte ahora mismo, mientras circulan un montón de paneles, incluso a lo largo de las carreteras y las líneas de tren son muy coloridas. Muchos escritores antiguos han regresado de años de silencio y creo que Estocolmo tiene un nuevo impulso de alguna manera.
8-How active is Graffiti in Sweden?
It is much more active now than in many years. The overall focus in Sweden is on the underground scene I think. And it is very strong right now. While it rolls a lot of panels, even along the highways and the train-lines are very colorful. Many old writers have been coming back from years of silence and I think Stockholm has got a new fresh kick-push in some way.
9-Cómo ves el Graffiti en españa?
Yo nunca he tenido realmente un buen ojo en la escena española, pero para nombrar a alguien, me gustaría darle un mensaje a SERIO, que es un viejo amigo para mí. ¡Grande, sigue rockeando!
9-How do you see Graffiti in Spain?
I’ve never really had such a good eye on the Spanish scene.
But to name someone I would like to give a shoutout to SERIO who is an old friend to me. Big up, keep on rocking!
10-Cómo definirías tu estilo?
Pregunta difícil, trato de coger algunas letras simples con estilo elegante y mezclarlo con un fondo más técnico. A menudo juego con temas o significados diferentes de espacio, uso ángulos o alrededores para agregar un poco más. A menudo de una manera cómica, donde el cómic representa tanto mi alegría por esta forma de arte, como también una parodia de los lados más oscuros del graffiti …
10-How would you define your style?
Hard question, I try to take some throwie-styleish simple letters and mix it up with a more technical backgrounds. I often plays with themes or different meanings of space, use angles or surroundings to add the little extra. Often in a comic way where the comic represent both my joy for this artform but also a parody of the darker sides of graffiti…
